How to lose weight fast a personal experience

I am sharing my personal experience about how to lose weight fast facts. From last 3 years I am trying to lose my heavy weight. Hey ……..I was not too much heavy just only 30 kg more than average. But this 30 kg was too much for disturbing my image or personality.

My personal experience about how to lose weight fast

In college life I think I was pretty good healthy person who have been created good personality image in all my friends. I was always participating in all college sports and keep a daily routine of exercise.

Oh ….. The game begins after getting a job. After completing my college degree I got job in General Motors India. Where I was in production department, it was vehicle assembling task there. After an 8 hours job I was become too lazy. A 3 shift working disturbs my daily routine and I was lost my daily exercise habit.

I was completely out of any exercise as well as trap in non fix timing breakfast, lunch and dinners. As a result as available of time I was eating whatever healthy, spicy, & Cheese.

What is next………………..!
What next……… in few months’ friends says now you looking good healthy impact of good job.
Next month……… boss I think your wife is so caring good health.
Next month……… what is this dear just do some exercise.
Next month……….. Why are you increasing a property on stomach not good dear?
I don’t know when ……… taunting starts on me balloon, elephant, Indian friends Motu, Petu and much more…….

I was too upset then free suggestions come to me dear you have to do that ……oh you don’t do this...

I was starting daily routine exercise but my shift changing job again disturbs that. I was avoiding healthy eating and many time skip dinner resulted in internal weakness still I was looking fatty.

Then I decide to take my sweet friend suggestion Friend name Google.com where I search how to lose weight fast. I found there were lot of people gives lot of suggestions on how to lose weight fast. Again I was confused which is perfect for me to lose weight.

I was made a chart and some conclusions –

1.       Exercise   –  Not suitable for me – Rejected.
2.       Products  – Shakes, Powder with water, juice, milk  - Good but They says skip dinner                                     take a shake or skip lunch take a shake – I was not happy again confusion.
3.       Weights lose pills –  Easier – Many bad reviews regarding reactions – again rejected.
4.       Yoga + Pranayam –  Indian therapy – I love that.
5.       Diet plan + Yoga + PranayamI was too lucky to find these Accepted.


Yoga & Pranayam are the real ways to be a healthy in a shape. Currently I decrease my excess weight and feeling light as I was in college.
